Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. WindowDesigner.com does not sell, trade, nor rent your personal information to others. We want you to know that any information you share with us is in good hands.

ordering procedure. Finalize your order up to the point

Limited Warranty This manufacturer warranty applies to the original purchaser. Damage to the product due to misuse, abuse, discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.
Returns and Exchanges Our window coverings are custom-made to fit your windows. Therefore, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ready-made blinds are returnable with a 15% re-stocking
fee plus shipping charges. Customer must call us for shipping
instructions. Please DO NOT SHIP BACK without prior authrization.
Repairs If possible, it is advisable to check the package immediately for any damages resulting from shipping. If so, you may refuse the package and immediately notify us.
In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the
product. Please fill-out a repair form and provide us with
a full description of the defect or damage, or call us at
(877) 929-0500. We will arrange a repair or replacement
as soon as possible. Please DO NOT SHIP BACK without prior
authorization
Production Time
Our custom window products are normally made within 3-10
work days. Soft Sheer Verticals will take approximately
15-20 work days. However, in the event of any back order
on materials and components, some orders may be delayed.
Shipping
All ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states are
FREE of charge. Please allow an additional 3-7 working days
for shipping time. Most of our products will be shipped
via UPS or Fed-Ex. Oversized packages will ship via trucking
line, and may take longer in ship time and additional charges.
Not all products are manufactured at the same manufacturing plant. Therefore, with multiple orders, shipments may come in separate.

No Sales Tax Outside
Texas We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside of Texas. A 8.25% tax charge will be added to orders shipped inside of
Texas.
Swatches/Color Matching Since each computer monitor varies in color display, we recommend ordering swatch cuttings. Swatches are $1.00 each and are rebatable with any subtotal purchase of $100.00 or more. Maximum of $5.00 per order. Rebate will be deducted from your total or credited back to your credit card.
To ensure color matching, we suggest that all blinds be ordered at the same time. This will eliminate possible variations due to different paint, stain runs, and dye lots.
Contract Quotes Contract quotes are 35 blinds or more.
