All our window covering products are custom made, therefore our instructions for proper measuring must be followed accurately, since we cannot accept a return for a product made to your exact specifications. If the product arrived with defects, please contact us for a replacement. Our "Other Home Decor" items may be returned if not satisfied, but must be in their original packing. Please request a RA number. Return shipping charges are the responsability of the customer and not refundable.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
All of our window coverings are custom made to our (your) specifications, so payment is required prior to order production. Therefore, your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

DO YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHER COMPANIES?
